The Iron Clinic Binningen (Project IronCode, Bottmingerstrasse 50, CH-4102 Binningen; the „Operator”) operates its internet appearance(s) mainly but not exclusively with the main-domains www.eisenzentrum.org, www.ironblog.org, www.ironforum.org, www.coaching-for-health.net, www.iron-code.net (the “Website(s)”). The Websites serve only as interactive information brochures and as an information and communication platform. By visiting and using any of the Websites the Website visitor (the “Visitor”) accepts this legal disclaimer and all of the following Terms and Conditions of Use:
1. Medical information
It is not the intention of the Operator to provide specific medical advice but rather to provide Visitors with information to better understand their health and their diagnosed disorders. Specific medical advice will not be provided, and the Operator urges you to consult with a qualified physician for diagnosis and for answers to your personal questions.
2. Up-to-dateness of published information
The operator is anxious to keep all information published on the Websites up-to-date and consistent with the current state of research. Any liability based on insufficient, mistakable, unclear or wrong information is disclaimed.
3. Links to other websites
Certain pages of the Websites refer with hyperlinks directly to external contents (“Links”). The Operator is not responsible for the contents these sites offer and therefore disclaims all liability. In most cases external links are graphically marked and therefore clearly identifiable as Links for the Visitor.
4. Copyrights
The operator is the owner of the required copyright or permission of use of all photographs and graphics published on the Websites.
5. E-Mail Communication
Due to its technical conception, the transmission of messages, documents and other information by e-mail is considered to be less reliable, secure and confidential than a transmission by letter/regular mail or facsimile. Hence, the Operator disclaims all liability for any presumed infringement of the doctor’s duty of confidentiality as far as it is the result of communication by e-mail and asks you to transmit privileged information, especially sensitive medical information, by regular mail or facsimile or to hand it over in person.
6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and all interactions between the Operator and the Visitor are governed and will be interpreted in accordance with material Swiss Law. The district court of Arlesheim shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claim or dispute which might arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions and with the use of the Websites respectively.
7. Severability
The version of the legal disclaimer and terms and conditions of use published on the respective Website shall be the applicable version (the “Version”). Should any of the provisions of the present Version become invalid or unenforceable or is not accepted by the Visitor, in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected thereby.
