Iron Deficiency Syndrome
The syndrome of iron deficiency involves a group of symptoms often caused by iron deficiency:
1. State of exhaustion 2. Difficulty of concentration 3. Depression 4. Dizziness 5. Sleeping problems 6. Contraction of the neck muscles 7. Headaches 8. Hair loss 9. Breaking and splitting nails
Until now, these symptoms, considered as non-specific, (everybody is affected by one or other of these symptoms during their lives), were coded under the term Iron Code. These symptoms frequently arise with iron deficiency. At the moment, there are 67 centres in Europe where iron deficiency can be efficiently diagnosed and given the best treatment. |
